Office hours

Appointments are available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Ph:510.284.4100 Early & late appointments are available on Thursday’s by request. The day of your appointment depends on each individual Physician and their schedules. On the day of your scheduled appointment please bring a current list of all your medications including dosages or you may bring in all your medicines instead.  Call during office hours to be scheduled as quickly as possible. If any appointment is not kept without a 24-hour cancellation notice or rescheduled there is a $25.00 charge, which is the patient’s responsibility.
